As Cofounder and President of a leading national sustainability and healthy housing consulting firm, Abe Kruger leverages his 17 years of construction expertise to help clients make their projects as efficient, durable, sustainable, and healthy as possible. He co-authored the first textbook on residential green building and is a frequent contributor to leading industry publications and speaking events. His firm, SK Collaborative, has certified or is in the process of certifying over 50,000 single and multifamily units across the country, Mexico, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico under a diverse portfolio of sustainable and healthy building programs. Abe is an award-winning advocate for high-quality affordable housing and has cultivated cross sector collaborations to improve housing locally and regionally. Nationally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) where he is a strong proponent of quality assurance and organizational transparency.
