Scott Frank

Scott Frank serves as a Partner at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 1987, Mr. Frank has led the firm’s team of experienced professionals in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning design. His input on these issues has been key to the successful completion of the projects he manages. Mr. Frank also leads the Sustainable Design practice area at JB&B, including conducting rigorous feasibility studies to maximize energy conservation in buildings. He is also in charge of embedding and integrating software technologies into the design process at JB&B. Mr. Frank has managed design projects in many areas during his time at JB&B, with notable achievements in academic buildings for universities and office spaces for financial institutions. Mr. Frank’s noteworthy university projects include the academic building at Barnard College, the academic building at John Jay College and the Jerome L. Greene Science Center at Columbia University’s Manhattanville campus. Mr. Frank has also helped JB&B create some of the premier offices in the financial industry, including the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park and the office towers at the World Trade Center site. Mr. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Cornell University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of New York, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and Washington, DC. He is also a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
