Brad Crawford

Brad leads more than 800 employees as Rival’s CEO. Brad translates individual ideas into a unified, company-wide vision, creating relevance for each team member, and he serves as the driving force behind all M&A activities. Prior to Rival, Brad led Ambassador Supply as CEO since 2014, growing the organization from a single business unit to a robust investment and management company. Before joining Ambassador Supply, Brad served in executive management roles in the financial services sector, as well as for an advanced manufacturing company specializing in robotic manufacturing systems for automotive, consumer electronics, and medical markets. Brad was born and raised in Indianapolis, and he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He enjoys spending time with his wife Malissa and their three children Rylan, Emery and Finnley.
